After many years of working in Primary Education, I have retrained as a psychotherapeutic counsellor. I am passionate about supporting people, especially women, who are part of the pregnancy and baby loss community. My experience includes supporting through many different issues: anxiety, work related stress, grief, religious crises, inner child and attachment, and relationship issues work. I work with a pluralistic approach. I can adapt my style of counselling to best suit the individual I am working with.

I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor and I within a pluralistic framework so I can tailor the therapy to best suit your individual needs. I have experience with working with clients who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, grief, relationship issues, inner child, anxiety, depression, and work-related stress.

Director

I have always believed that good mental health for women is essential, especially here in the North East of England. Having faced my own struggles with mental health, I understand how important it is to have the right support. That personal experience is what drives my passion for working in education — to guide and inspire the next generation while helping them find the support they need. I make it a priority to direct young people, particularly young women, to the excellent mental health services available in our region.
It's time to find your better self.
